The apartment is located in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, in Alesia, a big parisian square with cinemas, cafés and many shops.
The metro line 4 takes you directly to Gare Montparnasse (10 minutes), St Germain des Prés (12 min), Notre Dame (15 min), Chatelet (18min)…

The loft is in a quiet friendly street 2 minutes away from the rush of the square. It is on the ground floor of a traditional Parisian building.
It used to be a boutique so it has a huge shop window on the street that allows a lot of light through but keeps privacy as well. It was designed by a norwegian architect and has many original touches: a brick wall, a skylight in the bedroom, the shop window, an italian shower…

The loft is made of one huge open space containing a cosy living room, a dining area and an open kitchen equipped with everything you might need (we love to cook!).
There is also an access to a charming little patio filled with plants, it is a common area. Our neighbors are friendly and quiet. We expect you to be the same! No parties and no pets.
Downstairs in the basement is the bedroom with a comfy queen size bed.

Just down the street you'll find a huge supermarket open till 10pm. There is also the best boulangerie of the arrondissement located one block away from our home.
