The home has two living rooms, two bedrooms with private baths, a traditional kiva fireplace, two patios and state of the art kitchen and floor heating. The home is naturally cool in the summer and warm in the winter, and is near a small park where the locals wander along the riverside.

The home is within walking distance of downtown (5 min by car) yet is in a semi-rural setting set against the mountains surrounding the city. There is a popular ski area within 20 minutes, tennis, horseback riding and several well known golf courses within easy driving distance. Santa Fe was the Capital of New Mexico in its early history but has maintained its character and connection to both indigenous and Mexican cultures. It is renowned for its light and is an ideal setting for artists and writers. Next to New York and San Francisco, Santa Fe is the most important center for art and art galleries in the United States, with more than 70 within 15 minutes drive from the home.
