Beautiful, cozy 3 br, 2 bth Spanish style home. Lovely windows bring in great light. Gorgeous hardwood floors & unique architectural detailing. Nicely furnished. Good sized sized kitchen, well stocked. Enjoy the local produce that is delivered weekly from local farms (www.twosmallfarms.com)<br />
We are in a neighborhood, close to the beach. View of the mountains from our house. We are in Watsonville- an agricultural town on the lovely Pacific Coast Highway. Great weather all year long. <br />
The family room & kitchen are one room. TV is nice 27" flatscreen. DVD player, VCR & XBox 360. Nice movie collection, several XBox games & very large CD collection.<br />
Our home is ideal for people with young children. We have cribs, toys, kid's movies, etc. We have a great yard that is completely contained. We have a lawn & a great garden with fruit trees, herbs & more.<br />
We have a queen bed in the Master room. We have a large bedroom that currenly has a twin, a toddler bed and a crib. We also have a room with just a crib. But, we have a queen size elevated Aero bed, which could be set up in either room.
