Two living areas with a fireplace in each room. The kitchen has dishes, cookware, and nice appliances. The master suite is large with a shower and jacuzzi tub. A Jeep and a Lexus RX300, as well as bicycles and surf boards are in the garage.

Manhattan Beach is a charming beach town 20 minutes from downtown LA and Hollywood. This wonderful little town is 10 minutes south of the Los Angeles airport. Skiing, Disneyland, Universal Studios and museums are all easy day trips. Fun shopping, great restaurants and the beach are walking distance.
