Downtown Miami and Ocean. Security building, right in the center of everything. Beaches, markets, restaurants, movie theatres, discos and the fabulous and international South Beach nightlife! Also, a short drive to the Florida Keys and Fort Lauderdale.<br />

We don't need to drive to go shopping, eating, to the movies or the beach. There is even a World gym across the street. We enjoy the perfect sunsets from the pool. It is a great apartment for a single, a couple or a couple with a kid.<br />

Greater Miami has miles and miles of beaches beckoning sun seekers, and nearby parks luring nature lovers to discover a fascinating variety of flora and fauna. In fact, Miami is the only place in the U.S. with two national parks. Everglades National Park is an untamed ecosystem unlike any other on earth, while Biscayne National Park is the only living tropical reef within the continental U.S.<br />

We are a couple with a young daughter. Professionals, husband is a composer of music for Film and TV for 20 years, wife is an attorney. We speak fluent English and Spanish and some Portuguese and Italian.
