We have air conditioners in most rooms. Kids are welcome and we can make a car available. We have a cat we would like you to feed.<br />

We have a small but very private back yard with a nice deck. Across the street are athletic fields and a playground. <br />

There are 3 public buses into New York within walking distance. We are less than 1/2 hour from Newark Airport and traffic is usually not a problem.

Our street, totally residential, is moderately quiet during the day and very quiet at night. There are lots of trees and lots of grass yet New York City is 10 minutes away.
