El Dúplex es muy luminoso y está hubicado muy cerca de la playa y en el casco histórico, una zona preciosa muy cercana a comercios, supermercados, estación bus, a 15 minutos zona bares, pubs, disco. También se encuentra al lado del "Loro Park" Jardín Botánico y cercano del Parque Nacional del Teide y Campo Golf "La Rosaleda"
The house is 5 minutes walking from the beach, and less than 5 minutes from the city historic center, with tradicional spanish colonial architecture.You have all you need, shops, supermarkets... near the house.It is not necesary a car.But if you rent one it have a garage for 2 cars.You can stay in the beach with a media of 25-30 centigrades and at the same time see the snow in the higher mountain of Spain: the Teide Nacional Park.Amaizing to visit with all vulcan landscapes. You can enjoy of nature or enjoy all the offers of the city wih Casino atraccions park Bars and discos.You choose want you prefer each day.
Another important think is our weather is famous becouse the temperature is diferent than the continent.We have sun all the year but the temperature in summer is arround 27-30Cº, never 40-45 Cº like the continent.So we are famous for our perfect temperature, this is the infuence of the sea and the Alisios. We have a semitropical weather.
