Descripción de la vivienda
El departamento cuenta con dos entradas una principal y otra de servicio, la principal con holl privado. De los 3 cuartos uno esta en suite y con vestidor privado; y otro tiene paneles que si se quiere se los corre y se tiene 4 dormitorios. Despues 2 de los 3 baños estan completamente equipados. El living es un hambiente muy grande y calido, donde hay tambien una biblioteca, y por donde se accede a un balcon largo, desde donde se ve la AV. Coronel Diaz. La cocina es muy comoda y completa. Tambien hay una habitacion de servicio, que conecta a un lavadero. Otra particularidad es que hay muchos placares o armarios, por ello no hay que preocuparse por donde ubicar la ropa.<br />

El departemento esta en una ubicacion turistica inmejorable, esta cerca de el barrio Recoleta, de la AV. Santa Fe o los Parques de Palermo; y de los lugares que no esta cerca si tiene muchas paradas de colectivo o estaciones de subte que lo llevan a Caminito en la Boca o a Puerto Madero entre otros. Sobre AV. Coronel Diaz se encuenta al gran shopping Alto Palermo el cual esta a 1 cuadra del departamento. Tambien a solo 3 cuadras hay un hospital publico por cualquier emergencia. En la zona de Recoleta hay unos museos y muchisimas galerias de arte para los interesados.
