We have a fireplace with a extraction fan that pushes the heat through the house. <br />

Our deck goes around the side and front of the house.<br />

Single garage + carport. My daughter has alot of outdoor toys and a playground that we would be happy to share with your young children.<br />

Beautiful view of Mt Ngongotaha and the area is very nice. Close to Whakarewarewa and easy to get to town and other sites.
