El entorno
Neighborhood is, to say, a middle class area.

Trees and seats on sidewalks. 10 min walking to La Concha beach, 15 min. to the Old Part of town. Several buses run every 5 min. four steps ahead. Building is from the late 50s, large entrance, 2 elevators.

One block to train station to Hendaye, 2 blocks to central bus station, one block to the Urumea river promenade.

San Sebastian is safe and tranquile, and I would say this area is one of the most pleasant to live.

Donostia is its Basque given name, that is why official given name is Donostia-San Sebastian. As a city of 200,000 people, it offers the friendly, intimate way of life of a provincial capital while making available a wealth of cultural activities normally associated with the larger cities.

San Sebastian is 12 miles from the French border and at the foot of the deep green Pyrenees mountains of the province of Gipuzkoa. It faces a bay bordered by beaches and a port from which, for many centuries, seafarers set out to hunt whales and cod. An ancient city largely destroyed in the 19th century, most of San Sebastian is quite modern, while the narrow str
