This is a small flat, but warm, in the old typical style of Paris appartments. the flat is well fitted out, skeletted around two main rooms of 10 sqm each (bedroom + living room). the kitchen is quite convenient and allows cooking in french way of the word. the living room is equipped with plasma tv 127 cm wide, and all the DVD / HIFI equipment. the bed room is south oriented with a view on a very quiet inside outdoors (you can hear birds and the church's bell ringing on the sunday mornings). <br />
as an extra you will find my books (some of them in english, and about Africa) and my guitars. please make good use of it.

El entorno
Right. the 17th arrondissement is probably not well known but it is in practice one of the most convenient place to be to visit paris. you can get to most of Paris' musts in less than 15 min. : sacré Coeur, Eiffel Tower, Pigalle, Louvre. St germain is bit further however. In terms of the surroundings, it is excellent. lots of shops of everything, right in the middle of the Batignolles area (very typical village atmosphere), open 24h even on sunday. so in a word: that will be perfect !
