Small nice apartment, around 50 sq. meters. Just one big room with bed and sofa, but kitchen and bathroom are big and apart. There is owen, induction, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, microwave, fridge, wine fridge, air conditioning, heater, PlayStation3 (wich can play CD-DVD-Bluray discs, MP3-USB, etc) + HDTV Receiver with Cinema Surround and 100 inches fullHD-projector screen, connected to the internet so you can even explore it. Of couse, if you bring your Laptop or Smartphone, you can use the internet connection via WiFi. <br />
<br />
Ther is a Dolce Gusto Coffee machine (also from Nestlé, similar to Nespresso). You will also find a folding table and 6 folding chairs.<br />

The bed is 200 x 150 cm and the sofa is also quite big (2,70 mts) and can be used as a bed for another person. The bathroom has a tub and bidet.<br />

The apartment is light on the day and VERY quiet 24/7. It is difficul to hear any noise from the neighbours, even whith open windows.

Hostafrancs is a neighborhood of Barcelona quite near to the center (200 meters from Plaça Espanya). <br />

You can find just in front of the building door the underground station named after it, just 4-5 stops away (that is less than 10 minutes) from the very center of Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya, Rambla, Passeig de Gràcia,...). Tha train station "Estació de Sants- Barcelona" is also only 300 hundred meters away). The Barcelona Airport is 17min away by car/taxi, but there is also a bus called "Aerobus" that takes you from/to the airport.<br />

It has almost any commerce you can think of: Marketplace, a grocery store (OpenCor) open 365 days a year, from 08:00 to 02:00. It is the longest commercial street in Europe, named "Carrer de Sants". There is also plenty of Cafés, Pizza, Burguer & Sandwich bars, some restaurants, the biggest and newest mall (recently opened Las arenas) with shops and cinemas...
