I have been living in this apartment for 5 years now. I am a psychologist, looking to exchange an apartment in London between the 18th-27th of April.<br />
It is a studio apartment (the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom are in separate rooms) with a small balcony. It is well groomed, and renovated, very clean. Photos are attached. It is around 35 square meters big. <br />

It is centrally located, a minute walk from Hacarmel Market (shuk hacarmel), 2 minutes walk from the gorgeous neighborhood of Neve Tsedek, and 3-4 minute walk from the beach. A few meters away from all public transportation. <br />
I am looking for a central London apartment to exchange for the mentioned period. <br />
