We have a charming apartment in a great NYC location. <br />
The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a pre-war walk up. It is the top floor with high ceilings & roof top access. <br />
The apartment is very bright and airy with windows in every room. Everything in the apartment is brand new as it was renovated in March 2011.<br />
We have a 1 bedroom apartment with a full size bed that fits 2 as well as a sofa that opens up into a queen size bed.<br />
Our kitchen also has a table that fits 4.<br />
We have internet, cable, air conditioning, and all the essentials.

Our apartment is located in the heart of East Village, New York.<br />
We are in the central location for everything and anything that you would want to do in NYC. We are close enough to walk to Union Square (which is only a few blocks away), SoHo, NoHo, West Village & Greenwich Village.<br />

Our neighborhood is known as "Eat Village", there are many restaurants around us, and Thompson Square park is only 2 blocks away.<br />
We are literally 10 minutes from 34th Street where you will find everything and also 15 minutes from Times Sq.<br />
<br />
We are right next to the L train First Avenue stop. Only one stop away from Brooklyn, Williamsburg which is growing into its own with wonderful restaurants, parks and parties.<br />
