My appartement is quite small (as most of appartements in Paris..). This is a 20m² studio, but it is very nice. This is my opinion, but all the people who already lived in agree on this point! It is also very quiet.<br />
But its best point is the location: it is inside Paris (not in the suburbs) and very closed to Nation, a very big metro station. So from there, you can access everywhere in Paris very easily. Moreover the district is very nice.
