Our home is an open and relaxing 4100 Sq. single family home on a quiet street in the resort city of Virginia Beach. It has three levels of living space which offers plenty of room and privacy for a group as large as 10 or more. It has a large kitchen with a table for 8 and 3 barstools, music room, formal dining room, family room, laundry room, large play room/ extra bedroom and 3 ½ bathrooms. We are at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a wooded lot. We have a deck and large backyard with a playground and room to run. We have 4 adult bikes, 3 children’s bikes, stroller, etc.<br />

Inside we have plasma TVs, dvd players, satellite dish, Tivos, Xbox, Wii, stereos and computers with wireless cable modem internet connection and central air conditioning. The kitchen has every typical type of appliance. We have a beautiful Steinway Grand Piano for the musicians in your party.<br />

The layout of the house is as follows:<br />
1st floor- This floor contains the 3 car garage and a huge multipurpose room with a full bathroom. This room has a queen sized pull out sofa that will sleep 2.<br />
2nd floor- This floor is the main living space and contains the living room, dining room, kitchen, spacious, open family room, master bedroom with a queen bed, master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, shower, toilet, 2 sinks and closet, office/guest room with a day bed that sleeps two and a half bathroom (toilet and sink).<br />
3rd floor- 3 bedrooms- one with two single beds, two with single beds and a full bathroom.<br />

Our home is comfortable and cheery. We live in a tourist town. We are far enough away for you to feel peaceful, but close enough to join in the fun when you want to!
