My flat is a 40 m2 little apartment with a good access to public transport, so - while it is in a green area, it is also close to downtown Budapest. It is a first floor flat, sunny and in a quiet little street.
I have one bedroom with a french bed and a bigger livingroom and american kitchen. It is homey and comfy - you won't feel like a stranger at my place!
