I have a lovely flat, a penthouse, very well located in the center of Barcelona, at the Born district. The views of Santa Caterina Market are so beautiful, you can see all its cealing full of color. The Cathedral, Santa María del Mar, Ciudadela Park, the Palau de la Musica, the Liceo, the Raval, the Ramblas, Pz. Cataluña even the sea, Barceloneta distric, are very close and a beautiful walking. In 5-10-15 minutes you are walking or by metro everywhere you want.<br />

And my flat is beautiful, full of light, clean, the building is old, but therein lies its charm. I live alone but i'm sure that two people will be very happy here and fit perfectly. And i'm an artist, so is full of books, music, pictures, drawings, art material.. but no tv. WI-FI of course. One bedroom with a big bed, separated kitchen, separated small laundry room, bathroom with bathtub, living room, opening onto a studio area and balcony through an archway.<br />

I'm searching a home swap or a room from 15 to 22 of September.<br />
I'll be in NYC from 3 to 22.<br />
So you can come to my place in Barcelona from 3 to 24 of September.<br />
Or maybe next summer...<br />
