We are interested in swapping our flat in Berlin's city centre west / Charlottenburg (close to Savignyplatz) for appr. 3 weeks in summer 2016, just contact us.<br />
<br />
The cozy flat in an old building is 150 sqm big, has a big kitchen (dishwasher, gas cooker) and living area with tv, blue ray, books, three bedrooms (of which one is suitable for two kids), one bathroom (small) and an additional toilet.<br />
<br />
We are looking for guests to exchange houses with who (just like us and our children) respect other people's things and who also like clean houses. Unfortunatley we can not host your pet but can take care of it at your home if neccessary.<br />
<br />
We are a happy little family with two kids, 5 (son) and 9 (daughter) years of age. Besides a wonderful furnished kids room with a huge pirate bed for two, kids around the same age might find everything to play with a kid could dream of. Lego, Duplo, costumes, Schleich Animals, you name it - we got it!<br />
Since we are more often hosts than guests, we love to cook and live at home. Our Kitchen is fully equipped with all sorts of spices, no matter if you like to cook Asian, Creole or European style.<br />
Our cosy living room is connected to the huge Berlin-style kitchen by a wide double wing door. Thus cooking takes place not only in the center of the flat but also in the center of living.<br />
Since we both have jobs that are connected to research and reading, you will find a huge library containing German and English books (from suspense thriller to specialist literature).<br />
Sitting on our 1,40m x 3,00m couch opposite the wide flat screen TV, you are free to choose from a good collection of DVDs, containing classic masterpieces, series, art house cinema and tons of children's movies.<br />

Most of the weekends, we spent touring outside the city by bike, so we can offer four bikes in perfect conditions - two for adults and two for kids of the above mentioned age. For more adult bikes, just use the DB bike rental station acros

Our neighbourhood provides everything you need to make a living. All sorts of super markets (from discounter to whole food markets) are in maximum five minutes walking distance. In the streets around the house you will find cafés, wine shops, restaurants of almost every style, antique stores, cafés, little boutiques and art galleries.<br />

Places you could reach in max. 8 minutes by foot: Berlin Zoo, Gedächtniskirche, the famous Ku'damm, Zoologischer Garten Station and the UDK - Berlin's University of Arts.<br />
