A native Californian, I have lived in Buenos Aires for more than 30 years now. My only son – a Ph.D candidate at Stanford – went the other direction. Taken unawares by an intense desire to once again walk a Pacific beach, smell eucalyptus and feel the fog on my first visit to see him, I am seeking a house swap during spring or fall (not incidentally the best seasons to be in Buenos Aires) in proximity to both son and beach.
